Lululemon Project

OBJECTIVE:

The objective of this final project is to apply data insights and predictive analytics to assess consumer sentiment and forecast the potential success of Lululemon's Align High-Rise Pant 28" leggings for the Fall/Winter 2024 season. By utilizing various social media platforms and databases, our group aims to analyze and quantify consumer preferences, particularly focusing on the color selection of the leggings intended for low-intensity workouts and casual wear. Through critical thinking and data interpretation, we aim to provide actionable insights that will inform Lululemon’s merchandise assortment strategy, helping the brand maximize revenue and margin. Our project will highlight the integration of data analytics into fashion decision-making processes, demonstrating how informed predictions can enhance product offerings and drive financial success.
